Balanita Pvt Ltd is a managed LMS company, founded in 2012, that chooses, builds and runs learning platforms for corporate and professional training teams. We are not a software vendor. We do not sell licences, own servers or lock clients in. We make the platform work, and we keep it working.
Every project and retainer is delivered by a team of business analysts, LMS developers and support engineers, from the first discovery call to the monthly review.

Why Balanita exists
The LMS market is full of platforms, subscriptions and development companies. Software alone does not solve the training challenge.
Aneslin Bala started working with LMS technology to help organisations manage learning better. Over the years, he built, implemented and managed LMS platforms, and saw the same problem again and again.
Buying an LMS, or having one built, was the easy part. The real work started afterwards: choosing the right system, structuring it properly, keeping the technology maintained and secure, and making sure it served the organisation's training goals.
The gap was not another platform. It was properly managed learning technology. That is why he created Balanita Managed LMS.
Today, he leads a team of business analysts, LMS developers and support engineers who help organisations choose, build and properly run the right LMS, while the platform stays in the client's name.
