Balanita prices its three services separately. Balanita Launch is a one-time project. Balanita Manage and Server Management are monthly, priced by active learners. Licences and the server stay in your name and are paid directly to the vendor, with no markup. Every figure on this page is a real price.

Monthly services, priced by active learners
An active learner is anyone who logs in at least once in the billing month. Balanita Manage and Server Management use the same three bands, so one count sets both prices. Annual prepayment is the only discount Balanita offers, and it applies to each service independently.

Frequently asked questions
Why isn't there one exact price on this page?
Because the Launch price follows scope, and scope follows what you train people on. Every tier and band on this page is a real price. After a discovery call, you receive your exact first-year cost in writing, based on your real numbers.
What is an active learner?
Anyone who logs in at least once in the billing month. Learners with an account who do not log in that month are not counted.
Do your prices include licences or the server?
No. You buy every licence directly from the vendor, in your own name, and see each cost before you approve it. Your cloud bill is paid to your provider with no markup. Balanita's price is for the work.
Is there a minimum term, and what if we cancel early?
Balanita Manage has a 12-month minimum, and cancelling early does not end the payment obligation for the remaining months. Server Management has no minimum on its own. Prepaid amounts are not refunded for early cancellation.
Are there any discounts?
Only one. Annual prepayment gives 12 months for the price of 10, on Manage, Server Management, or both, independently. Launch is never discounted, and there is nothing else to stack with the prepayment.
What happens if our learner numbers change?
Your active learner count is checked monthly and your band is reviewed every quarter. A move to a different band applies from the next billing month.
