Core and Professional: 50% on project confirmation and 50% at go-live. Enterprise: milestone payments set out in the quote. All prices exclude taxes, which are calculated according to the applicable country's laws.

Balanita builds on your accounts and hands over full credentials and admin access at project close. Everything Balanita builds is in the tier price. Licences and the server are yours, paid directly. Every contract includes a responsibility matrix stating who owns what.

Discovery and platform
- Discovery call and a written requirements summary, approved before the build starts
- One platform recommended, with the reasoning explained
- Plugin, theme and tool selection, with licence costs shown before you approve
Build and configuration
- Installation and configuration on the agreed hosting
- Branding from your logo, colours and fonts
- Roles and permissions: administrator, manager, instructor, learner
- Course categories and learning path structure
- Bulk user import from your user file
Security and performance
- SSL certificate, two-factor login for administrators, login protection
- Role-based access to learner data
- Performance configuration: caching, database and media settings
Testing and handover
- Functional testing across all user roles
- Capacity test based on expected peak concurrent users
- User acceptance testing with your team before go-live
- Live team training, a written admin guide, and 30 days of email support after go-live
After handover
You get 30 days of email support, then choose who looks after the LMS. The server is not part of Launch: Server Management fees start at go-live, whichever path you take.

Your team runs the platform with the admin guide and training we delivered. You handle updates, learner issues and maintenance in-house, and pay for server management only.

How long does a Launch project take?
Core typically takes 4 to 6 weeks from kick-off, and Professional 8 to 10 weeks. Enterprise timing is agreed at scoping. The project clock pauses while we wait on content, approvals or access from your side.
Do you provide the training content?
No. You supply the content, and Balanita structures and loads it up to the volume agreed at scope confirmation. Content creation, and larger content additions, are quoted separately.
What if our needs go beyond Enterprise?
Enterprise starts from US$ 15,000 and is quoted once we understand your integrations, multi-site needs and scale. There is no fixed ceiling. The price follows the scope.
Do we own the platform after Launch?
Yes. You own the platform, every licence and every account. Balanita builds it on your accounts and hands over full credentials and admin access at project close.
What do you need from us before kick-off?
Eight things, ready before the project starts. The project clock pauses while we wait on content, approvals or access.
- One named project owner who can approve work
- Brand assets: logo, colours, fonts, style guide
- Your course list and the content for each course
- Your user list in the agreed format
- Identity provider access, if you use SSO
- Your hosting decision: your cloud account or your own servers
- A payment method for licences bought in your name
