We teach you to create courses that work for learners, from what our team has learned on the learning platforms we build and run, and from industry standards.

When applications open, we select applicants who are ready to commit, in three short steps.

Practical task
A short task, about 45 minutes: turn a short lesson into an outline for a short online module.

Interview
A 15-minute conversation about your goals and commitment.
Fees and payment
Indicative fee: LKR 75,000.
After the interview, we email payment details to the candidates we select. Pay the full fee on or before the date in that email. Places go to selected candidates in the order they pay.
Refund policy
Full refund within the first 2 weeks. 50% refund of the fee until the end of month 1. No refund after month 1.
Questions about the course
I already teach or train. Is this course for me?
Yes, if you want to create your own online courses. An online course that adults take on their own is a different skill from teaching a class, and the course teaches it from the start.
Do I need experience in online course design?
No. You need no experience, only an interest in creating eLearning content for learning platforms.
How is the course delivered?
Online, or hybrid with some sessions at our office. You choose when you register.
Do I need my own laptop?
Yes. You need a laptop and an internet connection.
Is a job guaranteed?
No. We do not promise jobs.
