How selection works

When applications open, we select applicants who are ready to commit, in three short steps.

  1. Apply online

Share your details and why you want to join.

  2. Practical task

A short task, about 45 minutes: plan how you would set up a short course in an LMS: its lessons, a quiz and the learners who take it.

  3. Interview

A 15-minute conversation about your goals and commitment.

Fees and payment

Indicative fee: LKRĀ 90,000.

After the interview, we email payment details to the candidates we select. Pay the full fee on or before the date in that email. Places go to selected candidates in the order they pay.

Full refund within the first 2 weeks. 50% refund of the fee until the end of month 1. No refund after month 1.
